Fat Happens

There's a new(ish) website that I have come across called... Fat Happens (fathappens.com), fronted by Anne Diamond. Actually, I knew about it ages ago but thought it was just for people who had gone down the surgical route, like Ms Diamond.

Now, I like Anne Diamond - I rate her as a journalist. I have really mixed feelings about gastric bypass surgery but I never judge anyone's weight loss journey; if it works for that person, then that has to be a good thing, doesn't it?

Anyway, for you LighterLifers out there, there is an interview with one of the LighterLife founders - Bar Hewlett (you'll recognise her from the DVDs) AND there's a podcast with Bar and someone called Jackie Cox, apparently another co-founder.

I think they are worth a look/listen; ok, so most of what they say, you will already know but we can always have a refresher, can't we?

Not sure if you have to register to have access to the above but, if you do, it doesn't take long.

So...something else to look at; why not let me know what you think?

Paul McKenna - Desert Island Discs

I feel as if I am a one-woman Paul McKenna PR machine but it really isn't as it seems. Anyway, if you are NOT venturing out on this rainy, cold May Bank Holiday weekend, then you might want to listen to Radio 4.

Should be interesting (you may notice LL quote from his book on the DVDs).
