Just a quick note to say how I have done food-wise today - Monday 27 August.
Breakfast - nut crunch bar.
Water - good all day. At least 4 litres.
Half a banana before going out - shopping.
Coffee at M&S (skinny decaff' cappuccino), with the biscuit on the side given to my mum (had a tiny bite - nb the whole biscuit was the size of a Bendicks mint!)
Greek zero fat yoghurt - in car, on way home. Very hungry. Feeling slightly faint. Have had a couple of dizzy spells today. Note to self - get blood pressure checked again.
Half a banana after coming back.
Lunch - Mushroom soup (LighterLife foodpack)
Late afternoon - 100g prawns, fat free dressing, 75g Quark - eaten standing up, not so good. Should have stopped at 50g, that would have been enough. Slight indigestion.
Supper - 8pm - salad leaves, two spoons of cottage cheese. Fat-free dressing.
9.15pm (post bath) - Hot chocolate (1.5 LighterLife foodpacks - not having hand blender is proving...challenging). Two spoonfuls of cottage cheese (teaspoons) - no need to eat them. Worried about not sleeping.
Cups of tea throughout the day.
In bed by 10pm.
It doesn't look too bad to me. I take what you say about the manner of the eating but apart from that, not too bad.
Keep it up and remind yourself to sit down and make eating special!!
